You'll be working along side a team of talented sales agents and engineers to help our customers find the insurance that's right for them. This job entails no cold-calling and only outreach to customers that have made requests for coverage through our mobile apps. This position is based remotely anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

  • Be a driving force in the success of the company's goals and objectives by achieving quota and delivering world class customer service.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by listening to their needs and putting them first
  • Educate customers on insurance and match them with the coverage they need
  • Close new accounts by interacting with customers, primarily via telephone and email
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline by maintaining accurate and complete information using Salesforce.
  • Be a positive team member and have a can-do attitude
  • Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of sales experience
  • College degree required
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Capacity to learn concepts quickly and independently
  • A passion for learning and improving
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
