Today our advanced systems and components are used for a wide variety of thermal imaging, situational awareness, and security applications, including airborne and ground-based surveillance, condition monitoring, navigation, recreation, research and development, manufacturing process control, search and rescue, drug interdiction, transportation safety and efficiency, border and maritime patrol, environmental monitoring, and chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives threat detection.<br/><br/><strong>Purpose:</strong><ul><li>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers and peripherals.</li><li>Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.</li><li>Assist users with desktop systems utilizing standard ticketing systems and telephone support.</li><li>Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.</li><li>Perform role of vendor support contact for internal support and maintenance issues required for desktop systems, software and peripherals.</li><li>Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups.</li><li>Determines methods and procedures on new assignments,</li><li>Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.</li><li>Effective communication techniques, able to interact with internal and external personnel.</li></ul><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Collaboration &amp; Teamwork Utilize communication techniques and methods that generate trust, collaboration, open two-way communication and a supportive work environment.
