Must be in TO, no remote<br/><strong>Employment Type</strong>: Contract, 30-40 hours a week<br/><strong>Duration</strong>: 9 months with likely extensions<br/><br/><em>3Key Consulting</em><em> is looking for an</em> Marketing Manager<em> for a leading, international pharmaceutical company headquartered in Thousand Oaks, CA.</em><br/><br/><strong><u>Our Need:</u></strong> The Bone Health Business unit is seeking project and marketing support for tactical execution elements related to the Our Community initiative. Our Community is an initiative with the intent to engage a local community (Tampa) to bend the curve for PMO patients by breaking down key barriers that prevents them from being evaluated, diagnosed and treated.<br/><br/>This role will support two marketing project under the Our Community initiative:<ul><li>) Implementing compelling Disease State Education for Consumer education</li><li>) Create screening venues for patient ID opportunities</li></ul><strong><u>Project/Job Description:</u></strong><br/>&bull; Support the development and implementation of innovative consumer communications tactics in for digital, social, out-of-home, and event marketing for the Bone Health Our Community initiative<br/>&bull; Support execution of marketing tactics, ensuring creative excellence, approvals, and in-market distribution<br/>&bull; Support Marketing team as the lead sponsor on marketing jobs, ensuring MAC process compliance<br/>&bull; Facilitate all approval and reporting processes to ensure compliance with marketing team and internal stakeholders<br/>&bull; Lead updates to branded and unbranded owned assets, including social channels, websites, and events for the Our Community initiative<br/>&bull; Be the brand liaison and key support to the Our Community team, leading the development of consumer marketing tactics, as well as all team integration into larger Our Community HCP, Access, and Advocacy tactics<br/>&bull; Demonstrate cross functional team collaboration to drive execution with internal partners and agencies<br/><br/><strong><u>Desired Skills:</u></strong><br/>&bull; Attention to detail<br/>&bull; Self-starter, takes initiative<br/>&bull; Problem solver<br/>&bull; Success and experience with cross functional collaboration, driving results with team members who are not direct reports<br/><br/><strong><u>Top Must have Skill Sets</u></strong><strong><u>:</u></strong><ul><li>Must have experience and successful track record in Amgen MAC</li><li>Digital marketing, strongly preferred</li><li>Consumer marketing</li></ul><strong><u>Employee Value Proposition</u></strong>: Great learning opportunity with the team to support multiple projects.<br/><br/><strong><u>Red Flags</u></strong>: <ul><li>No MAC experience</li><li>Minimal marketing experience, no consumer marketing experience, no digital marketing experience</li> <li>Minimal pharma experience</li></ul><strong><u>Interview Process:</u> </strong><br/>1-2 phone screens, 1-2 face to face interviews<br/><br/>We invite qualified candidates to send your resume to [email protected] If you decide that youre not interested in pursuing this position, please feel free to look at other positions on our website You are welcome to also share this posting with anyone you think might be interested in applying for this role.<br/><br/>
