Shape your career with3DS! #WeAre3DS<br/><br/>What your role will be<ul><li>Develop a business plan and go-to-market strategy to penetrate and win key accounts within the Aerospace & Defense industry</li><li>Network internally within the larger Dassault Systèmes ecosystem to form and leverage relationships to identify new opportunities, qualify potential targets, & build pipeline</li><li>Call on senior-level executive contacts mainly within the marketing domain (CEO, CMO, CIO, CDO, VP Sales, VP Design), and confidently articulate a transformational vision & mindset</li><li>Manage a highly consultative and complex sales cycle, documenting and maintaining all activities, account sales strategy & opportunity progress in the CRM</li><li>Leverage principals of enterprise/group selling to navigate large potential clients, build relationships, and engage key stakeholders across the organization</li><li>Co-Develop engagement strategy & timeline with clients</li><li>Negotiate & close business to meet quarterly and annual sales targets</li><li>Maintain visibility through cadenced updates to internal stakeholders</li></ul>Who we're looking for<ul><li>A natural self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and consultative sales style who is right at home working in an agile, non-structured environment</li><li>A team player with a passion for leveraging technology to help organizations reduce complexity and improve overall efficiency</li><li>Someone who can quickly develop a deep knowledge of customer's business and discuss issues from multiple angles</li><li>A problem solver by nature, with the ability to quickly key in on customer inefficiencies and take pride in crafting and proposing creative solutions</li><li>Not content with the status quo, you challenge the way things have always been done, and inspire ways of thinking differently</li><li>Someone who is naturally curious with a deep desire to fundamentally understand how things work</li><li>Given the opportunity, you could probably explain the basics of quantum mechanics to a 3rd grade</li></ul>Your Key Success Factors<ul><li>Bachelor Degree / Equivalent in any field</li><li>A proven consistent and successful track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets</li><li>10+ years of experience selling enterprise software and/or consulting solutions to senior level executives (VP-level and above) inside of the Aerospace & Defense Industry</li><li>4+ years of experience selling software solutions to senior level marketers (i.e. CMO, VP of Marketing)</li><li>Experience inside the Aerospace & Defense industry in a BD role, large pursuit management, or consulting into either area is a strong plus</li><li>Experience with some or all of the following is preferred: Oracle Agile, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Methodics, JAMA, Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics, Marketo, vRed, Maya, Unreal, Sprinkler, Omniverse</li><li>A strong track record of staying organized and successfully delivering numbers while working remotely</li><li>Experience leveraging social media to engage prospects</li><li>Experience developing customer advocates who sell and build consensus</li><li>Ability to travel up to 70%</li></ul>Compensation & Benefits<br/><br/>Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience that is above average in the local community.
