The Alexander Technology Group is seeking multiple Help Desk Support candidates for our Merrimack Valley client. These Help Desk Support candidates will join a 15 person team to provide remote phone support to 10,000 end-users fielding up to 500 incoming tickets a day. This company is looking to hire on a contract to hire basis, and likes to promote from within. This is a great spot for someone with 1+ years of corporate experience to hit the ground running.
