Position Summary



Responsible for generating leads for the RN Recruiter by providing key search and sourcing skills, building pipelines of potential candidates through research. Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks to source passive candidates. Capable of working by oneself and with teammates. This is a remote based position which will utilize creative and non-traditional strategies. The position may include some travel.



Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities



One to two years of staffing, recruiting, or sales skills required. Intermediate to advanced level experience in MS Office Products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Experience with sourcing candidates through web-based sourcing programs such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter and Zip Recruiter. Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems required. Knowledge of applicable employment-related legislation and regulations required. Strong communication, organization, multitasking and time management skills. Competitive and ambitious; welcomes new challenges. Highly motivated with strong work ethic; able to prioritize tasks and the ability to work independently, be flexible/adaptable, exercise good judgement, and attention to detail are essential components for success.



Major Job Functions



The following is a summary of the major essential functions of the job. The incumbent may perform other duties, both major and minor, that are not mentioned below; and specific functions may change from time to time.



  • Engage with RN candidates by conducting initial phone screens.
  • Qualifies and verifies leads based on credentials and licensure.
  • Collaboratively works with assigned RN Recruiter to assist with business development of their pipeline to maximize opportunities and generate activity with RNs.
  • High level of proficiency with technology tools such as web-based sourcing sites, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. for both business development, and sourcing candidates. Potential candidates will be submitted to RN Recruiter.
  • Achieve and exceeds monthly goals and targets by prospecting for new RNs.
  • Manages daily schedule of calls, meetings and follow-up.
  • Craft and send recruiting emails.
  • Maintains and develops new and existing RN relationships.
  • Assist RN Recruiter in sending appropriate targeted marketing materials to RNs and follows up appropriately to ensure their customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an interview/candidate tracking system to manage an effective pipeline of candidates.



  • Required Education, Licenses, And Certifications



    Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Mass/Media Communication, Marketing or related field.

    Must be able to communicate orally. Job may require travel¬ing. Sedentary physical demands levels with frequent sitting in an office and or operating computers, printers, scanners, telephones, etc.
