<h3>Job Description</h3><div><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br/><br/><em><strong>Maintain corporate IT systems and supporting processes including the following:</strong></em><br/><br/>o Microsoft Office365<br/><br/>o Microsoft Suite of Products including SharePoint<br/><br/>o RingCentral voice &amp; collaboration system<br/><br/>o Point Of Sale / PCI compliant systems<br/><br/>o Vulnerability Scanning and Patch Management<br/><br/>&middot; Manage local vendor relationships and oversee IT purchasing for the Arizona region<br/><br/>&middot; Configure, deploy &amp; support end user PC &amp; MAC equipment as per the defined &lsquo;standard builds&rsquo;<br/><br/>&middot; On-board/off-board employees ensuring systems access grants are managed/revoked as per corporate policy<br/><br/>&middot; Arrange data service installations<br/><br/>&middot; Uphold the security policies and escalate/take action as required when a risk of data loss becomes apparent<br/><br/>&middot; Ensure security of corporate and patient data at all times, in accordance with HIPAA &amp; state governance rules<br/><br/>&middot; Assist in training local resources on IT Security Essentials &amp; Data Loss Prevention<br/><br/>&middot; Oversee data backup management and off-site storage activities<br/><br/>&middot; Coordinate disaster recovery testing and system fail over initiatives<br/><br/>&middot; Manage incidents &amp; service requests, maintaining all records in OTRS, escalating critical incidents when required<br/><br/>&middot; Provide &lsquo;remote-hands&rsquo; support for deployments identified by management<br/><br/>&middot; Install and oversee audio systems, video displays &amp; conferencing systems<br/><br/><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br/><br/>&middot; Excellent communication skills, ability to troubleshoot IT systems<br/><br/>&middot; Ability to work productively and complete assigned work with minimal supervision<br/><br/>&middot; Strong customer and business relationship skills<br/><br/>&middot; 5 or more years&rsquo; experience with internal systems support (e.g. Windows operating systems, networks, servers, voice systems, applications)<br/><br/>&middot; Knowledge of security and privacy best practices in regulated industries<br/><br/>&middot; Experience supporting IT Security implementation and remediation projects<br/><br/>&middot; Experience with security management frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001)<br/><br/>&middot; Knowledge and experience with PCI, Point of Sales systems including card readers and the associated technology<br/><br/>&middot; Expertise with Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint<br/><br/>&middot; Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and Microsoft System Center Operations Manager<br/><br/>&middot; Experience with VoIP technology - RingCentral preferred<br/><br/>&middot; &ldquo;New technology&rdquo; savvy and remains up to date on current trends in the associated technology areas<br/><br/>&middot; Excellent technical skills, ability to debug, think logically and work problems under pressure.<br/><br/>&middot; Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.<br/><br/>&middot; Knowledge of HIPPA standards and control of ePHI data is essential.<br/><br/><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS</strong><br/><br/>&middot; Travel will be required between Phoenix, Tempe &amp; Tucson<br/><br/>&middot; Off-hours support will be required</div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
