We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our company and help us promote our brand.<br/><br/><strong>Position Summary:</strong> The Marketing Manager will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs and campaigns.<br/><br/>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Assumes responsibilities related to ongoing brand curation, management, and promotion efforts.</li><li>Works with third party PR and marketing vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.</li><li>Conducts vendor research and vendor solution evaluation to ensure competitive product and service pricing.</li><li>Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the core banking space; identifies and makes recommendations related to Finxact promotion and messaging.</li><li>Responsibility for working with supervisor and Finxact&rsquo;s PR firm to ensure corporate website content is updated on a regular basis and optimized to convey Finxact&rsquo;s value proposition to all stakeholders</li><li>Collaborates in the development of new marketing campaigns.</li><li>Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.</li><li>Designs professional grade customer-facing material including PowerPoint templates, brochures and other marketing collateral</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.</li><li>5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.</li></ul>Job Knowledge<ul><li>Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.</li><li>Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.</li><li>English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.</li><li>Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.</li><li>Communications and Media - Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.</li></ul>Technology<ul><li>Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign</li><li>Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop software</li><li>Microsoft Office 360</li></ul>Location/Travel<ul><li>Remote (telecommute) position within the contiguous United States.</li><li>Minimal travel (&lt;10&gt;</li></ul>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work<br/><br/>This is a full-time position 40+ hours per week.
