Position Summary: The Marketing Manager will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs and campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assumes responsibilities related to ongoing brand curation, management, and promotion efforts.
  • Works with third party PR and marketing vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Conducts vendor research and vendor solution evaluation to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the core banking space; identifies and makes recommendations related to Finxact promotion and messaging.
  • Responsibility for working with supervisor and Finxact’s PR firm to ensure corporate website content is updated on a regular basis and optimized to convey Finxact’s value proposition to all stakeholders
  • Collaborates in the development of new marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
  • Designs professional grade customer-facing material including PowerPoint templates, brochures and other marketing collateral
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Job Knowledge
  • Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Communications and Media - Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop software

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position 40+ hours per week. Days and hours of work may vary but generally Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
