At Monumetric, we help publishers, website owners, and bloggers monetize their site through programmatic advertising. Utilizing our premium demand, innovative ad technologies, and dedicated data teams, we work hard to make sure publishers are compensated for the content they are creating while maintaining the best user experience on their site. We are a fun-spirited, start-up located in Farmington, UT. We are expanding our remote customer support team and are looking for a Utah-based, smart, honest, patient, engaged, and customer-obsessed person to add to the success of our remote team.


***After the initial 2-4 week in-office training, this role is remote and part-time. We require that you be located within commuting distance from Farmington, Utah for the monthly in-person-trainings but also for short-notice meetings when necessary. Each team member will be expected to cover an average 4-hour daily shift 5 days a week. The perfect person for this position has a confident attitude and is able to anticipate and resolve customer needs in a timely manner. He or she is comfortable navigating multiple systems and efficiently working with a variety of online tools. This person is unafraid to proactively investigate and track down answers for customers. Most importantly, this person is an organized self-starter and a great communicator whose skills and reliability are complemented by this remote, flexible and fulfilling part-time position.


Qualifications -3+ years in a customer support role -Excellent spoken and written English -Excellent listening skills -Strong problem-solving skills -Skilled communicator -Skilled Writer (Professional with a flair) -Experience working with small business owners is a plus -Flexible and adaptable -Customer support experience preferred (email, chat, phone) -Degree (Associates or Bachelor's) preferred -Remote or freelance experience preferred -Experience with growing departments preferred -Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Slack, Google Suite preferred Expectations -Part-time training in office throughout the first 1-3 months -Face-to-face training (in-office) at least one day per month -Must be located within commuting distance from Farmington, Utah -Available for at least 4 hours per day - weekdays, evenings and weekends are possible shift schedules -Task completion as needed -Work closely with other departments to resolve publisher concerns -Contribute to and help build Publisher Success department in various ways. -Email responses -Maintain accurate information within Salesforce accounts -Train in website troubleshooting skills If you are interested in applying, please send a resume and cover letter including availability telling us why you think you'd be a good fit for this position.
